1. The Over Day Centre exists to provide day care which promotes and maintains quality of life for the frail and elderly of Over and surrounding villages.

 

Our objectives are to:

  • maintain the Day Centre

  • promote social contact, recreation and informative activities

  • facilitate access to appropriate medical and social service provision

  • provide the people of Over and the surrounding villages with a focus through which they may take an active role in care in the community.

Clients

The information we collect includes personal details about you including:

  • medical history and any medication you may be taking

  • Photographs

  • We may also collect additional information from third parties including from the National Health Service.

 

Volunteers

We collect information on:

  • your name

  • address

  • contact telephone number

  • email address

  • your next of kin, where appropriate

  • photographs

  • we may also collect information as to whether you are a UK taxpayer so we can claim gift aid

 

Staff and Trustees

 We collect information on:

  • your name

  • address

  • contact telephone number

  • email address

  • your next of kin, where appropriate

  • photographs

  • your bank details, where appropriate


 

5. Who has access to your data?

 

The only people with access to your data are employees of Over Day Centre and volunteers who drive or act as escorts on the Day Centre minibus.
 

 

6. Transfer of your data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)

 

Your data is stored on our secure based servers and/or in our premises within the UK. The information which you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), for example, if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EEA.
