In preparation for our Carol Service at St. Andrew's Church in Swavesey, clients at Over Day Centre made Christingles.
A Christingle is a symbolic Christmas decoration featuring an orange (representing the world) with a candle (symbolising Jesus' light), a red ribbon (indicating Christ's sacrifice), and fruits/sweets (representing God's creations).
We had a lot of fun making these - and not too many Dolly Mixtures got eaten in the process
