Some of our clients chose to spend this afternoon getting crafty with air drying clay with the help of volunteer, Max Warrington. As you can see from the photos, everyone had their own ideas about what they wanted to make. Some made objects, such as baskets of fruit and coiled pots, while one lady created a scene of a father and son swimming in a pond. Others went more abstract, including one gentleman's take on a Henry Moore inspired sculpture.
A huge thank you to the Art Department at Northstowe Secondary College for lending Over Day Centre the clay tools and boards needed for this afternoon's crafting.
