Another great morning at Over Memory Café

What a fabulous morning at the Over Memory Café, great entertainment from Rebecca Mitchell with Rock n Roll songs from the 60's and a very energetic exercise session run by Jane Dobinson. We do hope our guest, entertainers and volunteers enjoyed the morning.

We look forward to seeing you at our next Café on Saturday, September 23rd.

My mother, Jean, attends the Over Day Centre on two days per week, sometimes three (if there are events, like craft/art sessions that she wants to attend as an extra). Mum first started attending the Day Centre as I was so worried that she was getting lonely and, as she was not able to drive anymore, was not having an active life. Right from the start the Centre has been marvellous for her.
